So cute

I can't put my finger on it, but something in the way everyone moves in this catroon is just so cute!

....CUTE! ^_^

ReporterClock responds:

maybe because it's 30fps?

Hooray

That was great. What epic bravery! I hope it turns out well for him.

Great as ever!

Ah, I'll never get enough of Strawberry and company. I love the mutant X-mas/Beatles tune also.

MERRY CHRISTMAS TO YOU KIND SIRS

SamFisherClock responds:

Merry Xmas

Best anti-illwillpress movie ever

All right, it's a good movie. It's a good point. And extremely well-implemented. All the same, I do think that a great deal of illwill haters are just jealous. It's not his fault that the public doesn't know art from thier own asses. Sometimes people just want to be laugh. They've never heard of Marcel Duchamp; they're simple middle-to-working-class folk. (NASCAR was built on this premise, and now it's huge.)

ZekeySpaceyLizard responds:

Ah...true. But Nascar has explosions, which people universally love.

Even christmas movies these days have explosions.

I blame the explosions.

Hooray, frontpage

I saw this the day it came out, and *now* it's on the frontpage? Well, better late then never.

So familiar...

I swear I've seen this movie on NG before. I remember that quite well. Surely someone else has addressed this problem already, so I won't make a big deal of it.

LOL

I never say "LOL" if I don't mean it. This really did make me laugh our loud.

Where does that animation come from, BTW? I've been trying to figure it out...

Excellent

This is a story about sexuality, right? That's what the Vagina dentata and the womb/childbirth imagery are for? It's a great story.

It's not always easy

Thanks for the scolding; I guess we all needed it. But it's not entirely realistic:

On the vote/view ratio: Not all people who are on NG are registered users. People link to it all the time (because its awesome) and do not intend get involved with NG culture. Which is fine, because we don't need any more lolipop accounts that will never ever be used again (ever). Don't forget repeat views, too, because not everyone knows how to go into thier browser cache and take out thier favorite movies for later viewing.

On the review/view ratio: This is low because of what I already discussed above. It is also low because people don't have time. I'm a fairly busy person. Some days I hardly have time to get my daily votes in, let alone spend 10-20 minutes a day writing decent reviews (that goes double for my dial-up days, which are over for now). This is probably the longest review I've written in a while (and it's just for you, because you asked for one). Also, if people don't have anything nice to say, they shouldn't say anything at all. Some people would do the world a favor if they never ever wrote a review. Many people have no understanding of filmmaking or programming, so what can they say. Sometimes I myself liked or didn't like a movie, but I don't review because I don't have much to say about besides "Wow that was great" or something. It feels like a waste of bandwidth and time to write anything. Add in the possibility that the author might shit all over you, and the desire to review becomes even less.

stoners-lunchbox responds:

I don't necessarily find people guilty of that charge. Perhaps they'd like to vote but a technical difficulty arises (or something like that). As long as the intention's there i'm fine with it. But it's when people just watch ad don't give a flying "fudge" that it annoys me.

You don't have to vote AND review. And you don't have to give it a 5/5 or a 10/10 just for feeling bad. But you have to choose your marks carefully. If you truly think it lacks something do your best to point it out. Don't just leave the author hanging for a reply. It's discouraging and it doesn't help them improve.

Anyway, thanks for the feedback. I'll try making clearer points next time.

Wow!

I adored this show as a kid. Warner Bros. has forgotten about it (and it seems they've forgotten about making good cartoons period), but you didn't. Thanks a lot! :-)

buster126 responds:

I agree, WB has gone way down hill. I wish they would go back to doing crazy wacky cartoons.

I'm a fan of Monty Python, Rowan Atkinson, Beatles, U2, SNL, Chevy Chase, Dan Aykroyd, Howard Goodall, Steve Jobs, Robert De Niro, Al Pacino, CLOCKCREW, and more. I collect vintage computers and gaming consoles too.
